Leif Johnson’s Truck City Ford Sets Record for Chamber’s Largest Corporate Partner

IMG_0833Leif Johnson’s Truck City Ford recently invested $10,000 in the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) Corporate Partner Program. This investment is the largest single member contribution in the 14-year history of the BACC. Fred Trudeau, General Manager of the Leif Johnson Family of Dealerships, presented the check to Brian LaBorde, Chairman of the Board, and BACC Board members at the Chamber’s monthly luncheon on February 10, 2016.

Leif Johnson’s Truck City Ford and the Chamber have forged a new partnership that will yield benefits for all Chamber members and the local business community. “Due to the accelerated growth of the area, it is time for Truck City to engage and play a proactive role in the continued development and growth of the region. We believe that the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce is instrumental in providing resources and promoting the local business community. We believe our investment in this partnership will be a win win for everyone involved,” said Trudeau.

The majority of the Truck City employees live in the Hays County area, and Truck City has been actively involved with Camino Real Elementary and the Earning by Learning program.

In addition, Leif Johnson’s Truck City Ford has established preferred pricing on any new Ford vehicle or pre-owned vehicle for BACC members.

Leif Johnson’s Truck City Ford is one of three Leif Johnson Ford dealerships in the Central Texas area. A family owned group of Ford dealerships, plus five used car operations, for nearly 60 years.
